CSR approach
Setics Group implements a CSR approach based on three pillars: social, environmental and ethical. A multicultural company on a human scale, the business promotes inclusion, diversity and professional equality. It strives to offer respectful and flexible working conditions, to foster a good work-life balance and to encourage open and constructive social dialogue. This dynamic is also reflected in strong measures to prevent discrimination, promote gender equality and develop skills to support each employee in their development.
Aware of climate issues, Setics Group is taking action to reduce its environmental footprint through a responsible digital policy, limiting travel, promoting soft mobility and reducing consumption. Carrying out a carbon assessment helps identify the most relevant levers for transition and structure concrete action plans. The company also raises awareness among its teams about good environmental practices and encourages the adoption of responsible behaviour on a daily basis.
Finally, its governance is based on transparency, responsibility and the involvement of all stakeholders. By integrating social and environmental criteria into its purchasing, establishing regular monitoring of its objectives and relying on a clear organisational structure, Setics Group affirms its desire to combine performance and sustainability. This approach reflects a strong ambition: to be a committed player, capable of creating a positive and lasting impact on its employees, partners, society and the environment.
