	Founded in 2002 by Richard Toper associated to the Setec Group , Setics (formerly Setec Telecom) is a consultancy engineer agency dedicated to telecom. In 2009, Richard Toper and some consultants took Setics over. Setics is completely independent of other companies, banks and industrial groups. Our consultants rely on a strong corporate culture which promotes: Excellence and high level Independence Intellectual services only Sustainable relationships with our clients and partners Setics mainly works on network infrastructures: optical fiber, radio, contact centers,... through strategy consulting, planning and implementation. We have a high variety of clients: local authorities, transport infrastructure managers, financial institutions, telecom operators, military and civilian agencies, private companies.
